1. Couldn't find "Admin" section on my controller?
    Admin section is only accessible by the administrator account. Please contact your administrator if you need to access the Admin section.

  2. Can't access controller online?
    If you can’t access your controller online, please check the following:
       - Internet is working or not?
       - LAN cable is connected or Wifi is configured properly  

Go to Admin > Network
Note: Only Administrator account can access Admin section. Please contact your administrator if you need to access Admin section.

On Network tab, check if the IP address is assigned to the device or not. If not, it generally means there is no internet connectivity to the controller. You may reboot your router and controller if its operational (i.e., not performing any action while rebooting)  

3. How to check if my controller is connected to internet or not

Go to Admin > Network
