If you don't know, DMS (my.autogrow.com) was down for a few hours today.
Robert McLeod (our resident Linux guru) was able to trace and solve the problem - within 90 minutes.
(Although configured correctly as per the documentation, the server did a thing that the database documentation says it shouldn't.)
EVERYTHING IS NOW UP AND RUNNING.
Why it happened at this particular point in time is as yet unknown - but we are investigating further.
