This article explains how to check if your Multigrow is connected to the internet or not.

To access the Network settings, go to Login > Admin > Network tab

  1. If connecting using a LAN cable and DHCP is set to "1"
    a. set "Hotspot" to "0". Hotspot IP will be shown "Disconnected"

>> If you don't see "Current IP Address" assigned, it means the controller is still not connected to the internet. In that case, try rebooting the controller and if it still doesn't work, check your cable or Router/Access point. 

2. If connecting using Wifi or Hotspot
a. set "Use DHCP" to "0"
b. set "Hotspot" to "1"

If the connection is successful, you should see IP address assigned (see below image) 

>> If you don't see "Wifi IP" assigned, it means the controller is still not connected to the internet. In that case, try rebooting the controller and if it still doesn't work, check your Router/Access point. If possible, use mobile Hotspot for testing purpose whether it connects or not.
